50th Anniversary of Mobil 1 – Special Car Branding on Race Tracks in the 2024 Season

Mobil 1 celebrates its 50th anniversary by unveiling anniversary branding for cars and motorcycles, set to appear on race tracks in 2024.

Mobil 1, in collaboration with Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP teams and other racing series, has created special graphics for its 50th anniversary. The anniversary branding will cover over 40 unique designs visible on race tracks of Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP, WEC, and other series. The graphics are dominated by gold color, symbolizing the brand’s 50 years and its dynamic collaboration with partners. Each design reflects ExxonMobil’s pride in the Mobil 1 brand and its commitment to developing technology that transitions from tracks to public roads.

Mobil 1 engine oils have long been the choice of renowned teams, including Oracle Red Bull Racing, competing in the most demanding racing series. The Mobil 1 synthetic oil provides exceptional performance and engine protection under extreme conditions. Automotive experts, race drivers, team owners, and vehicle manufacturers attest to the technological advancement of Mobil 1 oils.

During the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by Cadillac race, the teams such as Vasser Sullivan Racing (Lexus Racing), Cadillac Racing, Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports, Kellymoss with Riley (Porsche Motorsport North America), and Porsche Penske Motorsport sported gold colors.

Later in the season, the Mobil 1 anniversary graphics will be used by teams competing in various racing series, including:

Racing fans can join the Mobil 1 50th anniversary celebration by watching a video created in collaboration with David Coulthard, former Formula 1 driver and Oracle Red Bull Racing ambassador, showcasing the evolution and achievements of the Mobil brand.
