Lubrication Challenges
Does your lubricant meet all the requirements?
Lubricating moving parts requires more than just reducing friction. An improper lubricant can lead to premature wear, corrosion, and costly downtime.
Five Critical Issues in Lubrication
We select the optimal lubricant for your application
All-Purpose Lubricants
High-quality lithium grease for a wide range of industrial and automotive applications. Excellent for bearings, joints, and guides where extreme conditions do not occur.
High-Temperature Lubricants
Advanced polyurea and synthetic oil-based lubricants for high temperature applications. Ideal for electric motors, industrial furnaces, and equipment operating in hot environments.
EP Lubricants for Extreme Loads
Specialized lubricants with anti-wear and EP additives, often containing molybdenum disulfide or graphite. Essential in heavily loaded bearings, gearboxes, and construction machinery.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between lithium and polyurea greases?
Lithium grease is universal and economical, suitable for most standard applications. Polyurea grease offers better thermal stability and longer life, ideal for electric motor bearings.
Can I mix different types of lubricants?
Mixing lubricants with different thickeners can degrade properties. Avoid mixing, especially soaps with polyurea or different types of soaps.
How often should bearings be re-lubricated?
Frequency depends on working conditions - temperature, load, rotational speed. A regular lubrication schedule should be based on manufacturer recommendations and operational experience.
What does NLGI grade mean for greases?
NLGI grade indicates grease consistency from very soft (000) to very hard (6). The most popular NLGI 2 grade is suitable for most bearing applications.
When to use PTFE or silicone grease?
Silicone grease is used for a wide range of temperatures and plastic compatibility. PTFE improves sliding properties and is used in applications requiring low friction.
Why do some greases contain molybdenum disulfide?
Molybdenum disulfide is a solid lubricant that provides protection under extreme loads. It forms a protective layer even when the base oil is squeezed out from the surface.
